Over the past few years, we’ve seen several exam preparation schools expand into application processing services. Unfortunately, many applicants come to us after experiencing poor communication, unanswered questions about experience requirements, background issues, or criminal history, or in some cases being completely ghosted after paying for assistance. We also regularly hear from individuals who paid another company and were unable to get the support they needed.
We genuinely don’t mind answering a few questions. However, all too often, what begins as a quick inquiry turns into a one or two-hour consultation, only for us to discover that the applicant has already hired another service and is simply seeking free guidance that their chosen provider won’t give them.
We are a small office, and our workload is substantial. Most days begin between 3:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. and don’t end until late in the evening. Because we handle sensitive personal and financial information, we cannot simply hire temporary staff or bring in untrained personnel to answer questions. Our team is intentionally small to protect our clients’ privacy and ensure the quality of our service.
If you have hired or paid another application processing service, we respectfully ask that you be upfront with us. We do offer a consultation service for $75 and are happy to answer questions regarding licensing requirements, experience verification, background concerns, and application procedures.
What we ask in return is honesty. When individuals withhold the fact that they have already retained another service and use our time to obtain information that should be provided by the company they paid, it takes valuable time away from our paying clients who rely on us for prompt service and support.
We are always glad to help. We simply ask that you be transparent about your situation so that we can serve everyone fairly and efficiently.
Thank you!
Robin
