Before you order additional credit reports or schedule a new fingerprint appointment based solely on what you see on the website, please call the DBPR directly to confirm whether there is actually a deficiency.

If we receive a deficiency notice from the DBPR, we will contact you promptly to let you know.
The only reliable confirmation of a true deficiency is when either you or our office receives an email from:
Application.Deficiencies@myfloridalicense.com
This email will include an official letter attachment clearly outlining what needs to be corrected, added, or updated in your application.
Please be sure to monitor your email regularly, including your junk/spam folders, so you do not miss any important communication.
