I will set Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays aside to do these applications. Applicants must be vetted first for issues that may delay the processing.**

**Exclusions: If your Company is not yet set up, we cannot complete in one day because of additional filings with the Division of Corporations and/or the Internal Revenue Service which will require additional time. If background information must be researched due to time, nature of issue, something that may take more time for research. If “Surprise” public records appear which triggers research above and beyond our research abilities (i.e. tax liens or judgments not satisfied or released); there are issues like those which are beyond our control and must be addressed in order for your application to be processed by the DBPR.
