“Professionally Tabbed and Highlighted” Books

Just gonna die laughing here on this one. One of the Florida schools that rents books boasts that their “Exam Ready Books” are “Professionally Tabbed and Highlighted”…

What that means, according to their instructor(s) in the live class, is that the books are tabbed and highlighted by the owner’s grandkids, who are in school and tab and highlight as a summer job. My client today said that you could tell a professional did not highlight and tab the books. Shaking my head…Why lie about it? It’s a silly thing to lie about…

Folks, get your own set of books. Tab and highlight them yourself because you have to be familiar with the books in order to find the answers. No one has “the test” and the practice questions from the schools are there to help you learn how to use the books. Tabbing and highlighting the books yourself only helps you pass that exam easier than if you don’t know the set up of the books at all.
